Having successfully developed a creative department with a world class team, they are looking to expand again. The role sits in their Creative Services Team.
Ability to work across all projects from store, to digital and campaign to newly created briefs really pushing the brand to create something unique and complementary. The Directors within the department are keen to find someone who is not only up for fulfilling the roles needs but also bridge a gap between Project Management and Creative Services there is opportunity to really show your abilities if you are willing to step up. Equally also interested in more Junior options of being at the top end of Middle Weight ready to step up to Senior.
Everyone comes from the top design and creative studios in London and are particularly keen on hearing from those within a similar network.

Resource/Studio Manager
Project Management / Ref: SM-34191A creative agency based in London, is looking for a full-time Resource/Studio Manager.
They work in the luxury fashion and fragrance, sport, music, gaming and technology sectors.
They are entrepreneurial, collaborative, respectful, transparent and accountable.
Responsibilities include;
- Manage a detailed booking schedule for up to 25 creatives (full-time and freelance)
- Be the go-to agency person for all creative resourcing
- Have the ability to long-term plan resource (not just week to week)
- Understand the creative process to a point where they can estimate the time needed to do a task and collaborate with the account team on what’s needed
- Be a partner to the Account and Project Management team ensuring that they have the resource needed to hit planned project milestones
- In time, understand which staff are right for specific projects based on aesthetic and style
- In time, get to know the creative team’s work style and ability e.g. a self-starter who does not need oversight versus someone who needs to be checked in with regularly to keep them on track
- Work with the MD to plan out upcoming freelance needs
- Manage freelance bookings and scheduling
- Assist in the finance aspect of freelancers, following up on their invoices, sharing our billing details and finance processes etc
- Check-in with the creative team regularly to ensure they are on task
- Identify resource gaps quickly when unexpected work comes in resulting in booked resource being used on an unplanned project
- Be able to manage a team on different timezones and understand how this can benefit projects when a timeline is tight
- Understand the challenges that come with managing resource in a remote setting
Experience sought
- Resource management experience, working with art directors, designers, strategists, producers
- Handling permanent and freelance resource.
- Been a go-to person for all creative resourcing
- Experience of luxury fashion sector, either gained from inhouse or agency side.
- Partnered with Account and Project Management teams
- Administer freelancer invoices process and help finance team

Vacancy is for a Creative Services Manager who can direct projects and production teams and be responsible for the commercial and growth of the brand through leadership of a multi-disciplinary team.
You’ll be joining and managing a team of world-class creatives as well the front-to-back-end management of new product launches, seasonable and experiential campaigns and integrated brand output. As well as award-winning creative output from design, to campaigns, to product.
The business is renowned for its progressive work and is a creative game-changer and trend-setter within the luxury fashion industry. The brand works with an extremely high profile list of collaborators, film-makers and photographers (in addition to their world-class in-house team).
They’re looking for a highly skilled and extremely experienced Creative Services Manager to join a passionate team full-time. You’ll head up and strategically/operationally manage a fully integrated and diverse in-house team towards the production of world-class brand campaigns across print, film and photography, for world-class print, physical and digital output.
Experience required;
- Luxury fashion sector experience, gained from either agency or brand side.
- Experience of managing creative services, including project management, and production, and their many nuances and intricacies, across fully integrated print digital and physical campaigns.
- Shape and improve the process both creatively and commercially.
- Managed large-scale teams and a multitude of small to large scale projects.
- Confident in being a compass point for questions.
- Master of all integrated timelines, workstreams, teams, and budgets.
- Well versed at managing and reporting both upwards to key founders and or stakeholders, as well as managing down and directing an integrated team.
- Experience in managing multiple streams of work, integrated timelines and budgets, whilst staying cool, calm and collected

Ideal person will be highly organised and dynamic individual to work closely with the Head of Visuals, Designer and collaborate with various departments.
Your role will be manage and oversee project timelines for various visual department tasks, including campaigns, videos, e-commerce shootings, packaging, labels, visual identity, pop-up stores, and shows. Ensure that all work is delivered on time. This includes handling production budgets, video shoot scheduling, film development, processing, and timely job reconciliation.
Covering postproduction possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end postproduction process for both digital and analog formats, covering stills and motion to manage postproduction schedules effectively.
This role is well-suited for a candidate who is experienced in project management within the fashion and visual industry, can manage budgets and schedules, has a strong industry network, and can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to manage a variety of visual projects and ensure they are delivered to a high standard and on time is key to success in this role. Whilst displaying keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective time management. Multitask effectively across multiple projects.
The role involves being on-site for 5 days, indicating the need for physical presence and in-person collaboration.

- Be the main point of contact with clients for all matters, and direct relationships.
- Organize meeting with clients always proposing a detailed agenda

- Manage client communication and expectations on content and dates
- Pro-actively plan resource allocation throughout the year

Experience and abilities needed;
