Currently looking for a superstar Studio Manager, to manage the studio and provide support to the Managing Director and Production Director across operations, human resources, resourcing and finance. This role suits someone with 3-4 years experience and who is able to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is someone who possess the practical skill set required but who is also a creative mindset who thrives in a hybrid role, and has experience using Google Drive file sharing/storing and proficient knowledge of Mac OS (including Keynote). Responsibilities of this role include:
Office Management/Operations:
• Manage email inbox and organise Gdrive digital file/folders
• Manage supplier and service providers and organise couriers for product/shoots
• Book travel for Managing Director and Production Director
• Support on updating company website when necessary
• Manage office space and explore alternative spaces when need to scale up whilst building relationship with our existing space
• Manage office inventory
• Ensure process documents are kept up-to-date, liaising with Managing Director and Production Director on any updates required
• Ensure all new perm employees and freelancers are onboarded correctly and promptly by the relevant team members
• Train any new starters the internal project management tool, ensuring everyone is following best practice and be the point of contact for tool
• Support Production Director on managing projects including timelines, budgets, client management and reconciliations
HR:
• Contract freelancers
• Ensure NDAs are issued/ signed and check for proof of right to work in UK for all perm and freelancer members of staff
• Have oversight of all recruiter agreements
• Update and maintain the talent/candidates database
• Proactively reach out to and meet potential candidates
• Source previous employment references for perm members of staff
Finance:
• Create, file and track of all company sales invoices
• Have an overview of all client SOWs and external agreements
• Have an overview of every project budget and support PM/AMs with project reconciliation when necessary
• Ensure all supplier invoices are provided to the necessary team
• Make Finance Director aware of any supplier payment requests
• File all credit card and bank card receipts
• Build strong and positive relationships with suppliers and strive to obtain competitive quotes and optimise profitability
Resourcing:
• Lead resourcing of project teams working with the relevant stakeholders
• Assign suitable candidates to the right jobs, according to their skillset/abilities
• Have a clear understanding of job roles with the agency
• Review existing resourcing processes and tighten up where needed
• Run resource meetings and enforce process to ensure most efficientways of working
• Track resource across each project working with the PM/AM across each project
PR:
• Identify PR opportunities and organise media appearances and events to help bring awareness to client
• Identify industry awards for projects to be submitted into and gather information needed for entry submissions

The Producer will be working across two different Projects. Initially, you’d be working for the photographer’s own projects, across the productions of shoots, budget control, co-ordinating meetings, and interacting with other Producers, both locally and abroad. In addition, the Producer will lead all postproduction including retouching, CGI, and motion for internal and external projects. You’d handle client communication, budgets, retouch schedules and booking re-touchers.
This role has an additional Project Managing aspect to it, as this photographer also runs a start-up proving a full creative service with an ex-Creative Director of a major brand. Currently on the lookout for a Creative Producer to join their in house creative agency and talented team, full time.
The team includes specialists in Creative, Content, Social, Influencer, Creative Technology, Film / Experiential Production and Design. But is now missing a great Producer who will play a key role partnering with creatives and account leads, as well as clients.
This role is suitable for someone who is able and keen on working on the full cycle of production from concept generation, filming (when applicable) overseeing design and graphics, managing edits as well as all aspects of post production, ensuring work is always on brand.
With this in mind the right person will:
- Be a natural troubleshooter with a few good years of solid experience under their belt, who gives them the confidence and knowledge to solve situations that are broadly defined, complex and diverse.
- Have proven experience in content production, scoping and budgeting (you should feel comfortable ball parking costs at early stages of projects)
- Have experience in building and driving teams / projects to successful completion
- Show a great understanding of production and post-production processes, including the ability to identity and resolve issues, risk assessment and management, plan development, or identify resources, amongst others.
- Have the ability to work on multiple and complex projects at the same time, in a collaborative and fast paced environment
- Display solid interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, as well as a good business acumen
- Knowledge and experience of working agency environment, understanding needs and managing clients and stakeholders expectations

Project Management / Ref: SM-33324Chance to join a world-renowned innovator design & fashion as an experience project manager / creative producer.
The perfect person will have worked in a creative production capacity across physical collateral production, including: gifting, print and packaging, and thrive as part of a world-class creative team, developing world-class output.
They’ll have experience working in the fashion or the luxury market for the past 4+ years and have a rich and autonomous understanding of the creative and production processes needed to deliver on these touch-points from concept, through mock ups, and right through to production ready designs.
They will be comfortable managing creative and design teams as well as managing upwards to relevant stakeholders on how the production process is going, how much it’ll cost, and where efficiencies could be made. They’ll be a great communicator and love being part of a close knit internal creative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the concept development and production of all physical touch points across collaterals, gifting, print and packaging to support Client led experiences and events. • Collaborating with Graphic Design and Art Direction to develop and produce innovative ideas from conception through to delivery. • Accurately and confidently communicate creative ideas to suppliers on behalf of the creative team when required. • Work closely with the Client Engagement and Experiences teams to plan, prioritise and manage workloads across multiple projects at any one time. • Draw up production budgets, schedules & critical paths to ensure smooth running across the project lifecycle with clear communication to the wider business as required. • Negotiate competitive rates with preferred partners and suppliers across each production, ensuring projects always remain on budget and to schedule. • Identify new partners and suppliers to execute across wide range of concepts. • Materials knowledge and research.
PERSONALPROFILE • A passionate understanding of the creative production process, from concept to execution. • Experience producing high quality collaterals, gifts, print and packaging. • Ability to look at a project from a creative as well as a production point of view, understanding what is required and how to achieve it within budget and timeframe. • Have fantastic existing relationships in the creative production world, with a little black book full of the best contacts in the industry. • Extremely organised, methodical and pro-active, with strong attention to detail. • Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team’s ideas.
