This is a Graphic Designer role at a globally renowned premium beauty brand, with a truly incredibly creative director. Your remit will be to generate concepts and designs for all print and digital brand touchpoints. 

It will help your application, if you possess experience of the premium beauty sector, and demonstrate its trends and nuances through your portfolio. 

Responsibilities include; 

• Collaborate with the creative team, and develop innovative and cohesive design concepts
• Create visually appealing and functional packaging designs
• Design print adverts, brochures, posters
• Design digital assets, including banners, emails, web pages, and apps
• Design social media content that drives engagement across platforms.
• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for the website and app
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, new product development, and e-commerce.

Skills needed;

• A portfolio demonstrating your on-trend design and typography skills across print & digital.
• Experience working for fashion or beauty sector, either from agency or in-house
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and either Sketch, or Figma, or XD.
• Excellent visual and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Peas are thrilled to be teamed with a Global Beauty brand known for their high quality products and clean design style. Following a succesful 2024 they are expanding their permanent team and seeking a skilled Packaging Designer to join their London based studio. 

Experience needed; hi-end luxury beauty product and packaging experience.

The role: 

- Design and develop new makeup or fragrance product lines

- Design and develop packaging and print collateral

- Liaise with modelmakers on prototypes

- Oversee artwork for both in-house and external production

- Oversee campaign guidelines

- Manage and lead a small team of graphic designers and artworkers

- Lead the beauty team in researching, designing and developing concepts across multiple projects

- Understand and help develop beauty strategy

- Present work for approvals and discussions

- Partner with parallel teams in-house

- Receive, review and approve licensee and third-party prototypes

- Work with licensee on product feasibility

- Make informed technical recommendations to designers, licensee and third party agencies

- Passing print and / or product off-site

About you: 

- 6+ year’s experience (although we consider all levels!)

- Experience within the luxury and/or beauty/fashion sector

- Deep understanding and experience of product processes, from prototyping to industrial production

- A developed understanding in relevant materials and finishes

- Proactive in identifying issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions

- Be well informed and aware of current fashion and trends, always bringing fresh ideas

- Be self-motivated and highly organised to deliver consistently against agreed deadlines

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
