Now in the market of an experienced Motion Graphic Designer full-time. Remit includes provide support to Design Director/Creative Director, conceptualise across motion branding & identity projects, motion design layouts, create storyboard, work on design development and 2d/3d animation. A collaborative role, but also a role where you can take charge alone and build your designers reel with stunning pieces of work.
This motion studio is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with around five years experience gained from broadcast sector (although they will consider all levels), and evidence of this demonstrated in a showreel. High levels of proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4d and Redshift are needed to excel in this role.

You’ll become the driving force behind end-to-end campaign production, steering projects from concept through to asset delivery. As a strategic visionary with a passion for detail, you’ll ensure seamless execution while maintaining an eye on the broader creative goals. Over time, the role will evolve to include social-first campaign production, adding further dimensions to your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee campaign shoots from pre-production through post-production, ensuring budgets and schedules are managed with precision.
- Resource & Budget Oversight: Lead efficient budget allocation, vendor negotiations, and collaborate closely with procurement teams.
- Quality Control: Guarantee that all outputs align with the brand’s luxury standards, playing an active role in shoot environments.
- Risk & Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of three direct reports, fostering growth and ensuring excellence.
Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for a Studio Manager who thrives in a creative environment. Reporting to the Creative Director, the role involves working closely with designers, animators, and strategists across multiple global offices.
The role:
Project & Resource Management
- Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate daily schedules for the creative team and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement tools and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support internal projects, managing plans and budgets to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Communicate project timelines and requirements with the Resourcing Manager for effective planning of staff and freelancers.
- Working with external teams to formulate a briefs before briefing in the Creatives.
Team & Freelancer Coordination

Client & Internal Communication

Operational Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and production partners, including contracts and payment schedules.
