The Role: A Senior Strategist to help shape progressive visions for brands, ensuring exceptional creative output. You’ll lead key projects, delivering strategic insights and developing strong relationships with clients. Your role involves providing fresh, leading-edge thinking, shaping brand positioning, and driving brand relevancy across industries.
- Lead strategic direction on projects, from brand positioning to communication strategies.
- Act as a consultant to the creative team.
- Identify new opportunities and drive revenue through innovative approaches.
- Build trusted client relationships and collaborate within a creative, energetic environment.
About you:
- You are experienced managing multiple projects in a design-led agency.
- Familiarity with data, trends, and creative strategy.

Creative Project Manager

It’s the one desirable brand. They are B Corp Certified organisation, there is conscious considerations ride through all within the company. Having successfully developed a creative department with a world class team, they are looking to expand again. The role sits in their Creative Services Team.
Ability to work across all projects from store, to digital and campaign to newly created briefs really pushing the brand to create something unique and complementary. The Directors within the department are keen to find someone who is not only up for fulfilling the roles needs but also bridge a gap between Project Management and Creative Services there is opportunity to really show your abilities if you are willing to step up. Equally also interested in more Junior options of being at the top end of Middle Weight ready to step up to Senior.

Production Manager (CGI)
Project Management / Ref: CC-34271Peas has the pleasure of partnering up with an amazing client operating within the entertainment, arts and culture spaces.
Currently looking for an experienced CGI Production Manager to join their Creative Studio working from central London offices.
This is a role suitable for someone on a mid to senior level, with at least a solid handful of years as a Production/Project Manager in CGI media production
This is a role where you are expected to hit the ground running at a fast-paced environment. You will manage big and complex CGI campaigns across different (global) clients and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid experience bidding for CGI projects as well as smooth scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of internal house CGI projects and external commercial client CGI work
- Oversee daily studio operations and CGI production processes.
- Monitor and track workloads with CGI producers, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage production tools, schedules, and resource gaps, sourcing additional support as needed.
- Deliver accurate production planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as forecasting cost allocations
- Ensure crucial project milestones are met and support the commercial team in client meetings.
- Handle contracts, usage licenses, and external vendor negotiations.
- Develop efficient CGI production processes and maintain compliance with safety and legal standards. Foster innovation and continuous improvement in production quality.
Key Skills and Experience:
This is a role suitable for someone on a mid-senior level, ideally with at least a handful of years as a CGI Production/Project Manager in CGI media production for immersive spaces.
You will be an expert in CGI pipelines with tools such as C4D; After Effects and Unreal or Real Time Engines
You must also;
- Be skilled in managing both small and large-scale CGI productions.
- Have strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a proven problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Be proficient in resource, project, and time-tracking tools (Airtable experience desirable).
- Be detail-oriented with strong quality control.
- Be confident managing people and projects effectively
- Have solid Communication skills across different teams, and a good black book of contacts
