Creative & Design / Ref: ALF34241Peas have recently teamed with a stunning Premium Women’s Fashion Brand. They are known for their timeless style.
The role: As the Head of Graphics, you will be the creative powerhouse behind the brand’s visual identity. You’ll lead their graphics team in crafting stunning visuals for their website, look books, social media, print, packaging, and in-store displays. Your role will be essential in ensuring that the brand’s premium fashion and lifestyle ethos is consistently represented through beautiful and thoughtfully designed graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
Set the creative direction and ensure all graphics align with the brand aesthetic and values.
Deliver their monthly look books, ensuring they are always leaders in this space.
Develop and execute a comprehensive graphics strategy for our website, social media, print materials, packaging, and in-store displays.
Ensure all graphics are beautifully crafted and maintain consistency across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to create cohesive and impactful visual campaigns.
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified look and feel in all graphic outputs.
Work closely with the content team to ensure visuals complement and enhance the storytelling of their products.
Stay current with industry trends and innovations in graphic design, incorporating relevant trends into the brand’s visual strategy.
Experiment with new design techniques and tools to keep their visuals fresh and ahead of the curve.

Middle Weight Designer
Creative & Design / Ref: ALF34252We are thrilled to be working with a renowned Design Studio that is expanding its core team. This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate Middle Weight Designer to join a small yet dynamic team working on high-impact projects.
As a Middle Weight Designer, you will be a key player in the creative team, working on a diverse range of projects, including Branding, Campaigns, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Retail (pop-ups, store displays, window graphics, and installations). Their work spans multiple platforms, so it’s essential that your experience and portfolio showcase expertise in Branding, Editorial, Identity, Digital, Packaging, and Environmental Graphics. Experience in Motion projects is a bonus.
The role:
