The Studio in search of a new addition, someone who can organise and manage a comprehensive archive of completed projects, ensuring all materials are catalogued and easily accessible.
Conduct in-depth research into historical projects, gathering relevant information and materials. Work chronologically to piece together project histories, creating detailed records.
Approach past clients to gather insights, feedback, and documentation of historically significant projects. Building relationships with clients for future collaboration and to enrich the archive.
Work closely with the Founder to understand the vision and history of projects. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the archive reflects the essence of the projects.
Develop innovative ways to present the archive, possibly through digital platforms or future exhibitions whilst ensuring the archive serves as a valuable resource for inspiration and reference.

The Branding Studio in question was formed a couple of years ago and have already started making waves in the industry. Their Creative Director is a well-known and respected talent who is looking for a partner to really grow and shape the future of the agency. Now seeking a Managing Director with experience in branding + new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
New business development playing a key role in bringing in new business. With your understanding of the market, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and pitch to potential clients. You’ll be the face of the agency in client meetings and networking events. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing projects run smoothly and identifying opportunities for growth. A trusted partner for them, guiding them through their branding journey.
Alongside the Creative Director you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Working with the Creative Director you will set up the vision and ensure they’re on track to hit both creative and financial goals.
Whilst overseeing budgeting and financial performance of the agency. You’ll work with the finance team to manage profit margins, forecast revenue, and ensure we stay on top of targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Experience in Branding + Design agencies, a solid passion and knowledge of this industry is a must have.
- Proven experience and passion for new business and the ability to identify opportunities to up sell with existing clients
- An inspirational leader who can manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Ability to lead a Branding Studio (or a similar environment) with a focus on growth and innovation

Production Manager (CGI)
Project Management / Ref: CC-34271Peas has the pleasure of partnering up with an amazing client operating within the entertainment, arts and culture spaces.
Currently looking for an experienced CGI Production Manager to join their Creative Studio working from central London offices.
This is a role suitable for someone on a mid to senior level, with at least a solid handful of years as a Production/Project Manager in CGI media production
This is a role where you are expected to hit the ground running at a fast-paced environment. You will manage big and complex CGI campaigns across different (global) clients and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid experience bidding for CGI projects as well as smooth scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of internal house CGI projects and external commercial client CGI work
- Oversee daily studio operations and CGI production processes.
- Monitor and track workloads with CGI producers, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage production tools, schedules, and resource gaps, sourcing additional support as needed.
- Deliver accurate production planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as forecasting cost allocations
- Ensure crucial project milestones are met and support the commercial team in client meetings.
- Handle contracts, usage licenses, and external vendor negotiations.
- Develop efficient CGI production processes and maintain compliance with safety and legal standards. Foster innovation and continuous improvement in production quality.
Key Skills and Experience:
This is a role suitable for someone on a mid-senior level, ideally with at least a handful of years as a CGI Production/Project Manager in CGI media production for immersive spaces.
You will be an expert in CGI pipelines with tools such as C4D; After Effects and Unreal or Real Time Engines
You must also;
- Be skilled in managing both small and large-scale CGI productions.
- Have strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a proven problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Be proficient in resource, project, and time-tracking tools (Airtable experience desirable).
- Be detail-oriented with strong quality control.
- Be confident managing people and projects effectively
- Have solid Communication skills across different teams, and a good black book of contacts
