This Studio are looking for a Senior Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates design rationale and individuality. A Graphic Designer able to take ownership, conceptualise and design, articulate your thinking verbally and visually, can show design craft and high level of execution and the maturity to handle responsibility. Someone who naturally keeps abreast of trends, a people’s person, and someone who wants to design for what can easily become globally recognised work. You will experimenting with Design and know your way around After Effects, as well as having a book filled with incredible Branding, Graphic + Digital work.

Senior Motion Designer
Moving Image & Film / Ref: CC-34235We’re partnering with an outstanding creative film production company known for producing captivating content, and being a trusted collaborator for some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands.
This role requires a candidate with experience of the entertainment/live shows/theatre sector.
Our client is keen in seeing showreels demonstrating fresh ideas and perspectives in this arena.
About the Role:
This hybrid role blends hands-on design with management and art direction. Greatly suitable for a Senior Motion Designer looking to expand their horizons within entertainment sector.
You’ll get to dive into daily design tasks while also exploring your creative side, overseeing projects, and mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage projects, providing art direction and feedback.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create design concepts, hands-on designing, using your skills to create compelling content.
- Mentor and nurture younger team members, helping them grow their skills.
What You’ll Need:
- A showreel demonstrating your experience within entertainments sector, theatre or live shows
- Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and its plugins.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and oversee others.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across departments
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D (C4D) is a bonus, but not mandatory.

The role:

- Shoot Production for world class luxury brands, across stills, film, live events + editorial
- Working on a wish list clients within the luxury fashion space

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas and strategies for luxury brand campaigns.
- Lead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Senior Designer (Paid Social)
Creative & Design / Ref: SM-34252This is a Senior Designer role at a globally renowned premium beauty brand. With the remit to generate ad concepts and designs for all paid social adverts. It will help your application, if you possess knowledge of the premium beauty sector, its trends and its nuances.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end process of digital advertising, from ad concept to creation, design, delivery and iteration, and regular asset success analysis (post metrics, campaign metrics).
- Consistently improving the performance of content and design in social and digital display advertising
- Identify enhancement opportunities for test ideas, at any stage of creative, through to iterations and improvements
- Working with other designers, creatives and Art Directors to achieve assets to support and improve designs and messaging
- Staying ahead of the curve with design on digital platforms and best practices, with the latest content and design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Articulating and presenting designs to your seniors
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills & experiences sought:
