This Studio are looking for a Design Director with a portfolio that demonstrates design rationale and individuality. A Graphic Designer able to take ownership, conceptualise and design, articulate your thinking verbally and visually, can show design craft and high level of execution and the maturity to handle responsibility. Someone who naturally keeps abreast of trends, a people’s person, and someone who wants to design for what can easily become globally recognised work. You will experimenting with Design and know your way around After Effects, as well as having a book filled with incredible Branding, Graphic + Digital work.

The studio is based in East London and work onsite 3 days per week.

Freelance Motion Designer

Their team of creative visionaries collaborates closely with artists and performers to craft stunning visual narratives that elevate the live experience.
They seek a Freelance Motion Designer to join them asap on a lengthy project, work on exciting projects that blur the lines between art and technology. You will be an integral part of their creative team, contributing your expertise in motion design to bring our clients’ visions to life.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with artists, directors, and producers to conceptualize and execute visually stunning live visuals.
- Designing and animating captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Working with a diverse range of media, including 2D and 3D animation, projection mapping, and interactive installations.
- The occasional travel to event sites across Europe and The Middle East.
Experience required;
- Previous experience in creating tour visuals and projection mapping.

The Studio in search of a new addition, someone who can organise and manage a comprehensive archive of completed projects, ensuring all materials are catalogued and easily accessible.
Conduct in-depth research into historical projects, gathering relevant information and materials. Work chronologically to piece together project histories, creating detailed records.
Approach past clients to gather insights, feedback, and documentation of historically significant projects. Building relationships with clients for future collaboration and to enrich the archive.
Work closely with the Founder to understand the vision and history of projects. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the archive reflects the essence of the projects.

The Branding Studio in question was formed a couple of years ago and have already started making waves in the industry. Their Creative Director is a well-known and respected talent who is looking for a partner to really grow and shape the future of the agency. Now seeking a Managing Director with experience in branding + new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
New business development playing a key role in bringing in new business. With your understanding of the market, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and pitch to potential clients. You’ll be the face of the agency in client meetings and networking events. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing projects run smoothly and identifying opportunities for growth. A trusted partner for them, guiding them through their branding journey.
Alongside the Creative Director you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Working with the Creative Director you will set up the vision and ensure they’re on track to hit both creative and financial goals.
Whilst overseeing budgeting and financial performance of the agency. You’ll work with the finance team to manage profit margins, forecast revenue, and ensure we stay on top of targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Experience in Branding + Design agencies, a solid passion and knowledge of this industry is a must have.
- Proven experience and passion for new business and the ability to identify opportunities to up sell with existing clients
- An inspirational leader who can manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
