Our client is doing phenomenally well and have a solid foot hold in the EU and UK regions, keeping them busy across their Studios in US and UK.
Busier than ever with a great team they want to be able to forward plan their business growth with consideration of a solid pipeline of new business opportunities. Up until now it’s all recommendation, and referral along with relations with third party Agent who manage Partnerships.
What they are now looking for is to find someone who compliments their team with a shared vision, dedicated to working solely with the team, advocate their credentials and have the potential to bring in some great new opportunities.
The Agency is a makeup of inspiring individuals, Art Directors, Designers, Producers / Project Managers, and hands on Creative Director Founders + a Managing Director who are the current trio managing current business arrangements.
The ideal candidate for the Agency will be a natural networker, loves to attend events and makes it their job to know about them. Someone who is confidently able to present their experience and proud moments of successes based on scaling clients and studios you have been pivotal in growing. The plan is to take them from 15 to 50!
It’s going to be imperative to this role that you can present not only the ins and outs of your historical business arrangements but also a potential strategy for the agency, how you would go about delivering and confidential black book of contacts you can tap into.

Remit includes concepting and design for all work that comes to the creative studio. Working autonomously you will be expected to manage your internal client contact, receive the brief, and provide design solutions for all business touchpoints from social media, to online advertising banners, to report design, logo design, to literature and more. You are required to show a sense of ‘agency’ in your process.
Skills & experience sought:
- Considerable years experience as graphic designer, gained from a global organisation
- Experience collaborating with multiple global teams, and tacking their business needs
- Demonstrable experience of designing for white papers, publications, booklets, presentations, reports, websites, social media channels, and advertising
- Fluency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator and Figma

Vacancy is for a Creative Services Manager who can direct projects and production teams and be responsible for the commercial and growth of the brand through leadership of a multi-disciplinary team.
You’ll be joining and managing a team of world-class creatives as well the front-to-back-end management of new product launches, seasonable and experiential campaigns and integrated brand output. As well as award-winning creative output from design, to campaigns, to product.
The business is renowned for its progressive work and is a creative game-changer and trend-setter within the luxury fashion industry. The brand works with an extremely high profile list of collaborators, film-makers and photographers (in addition to their world-class in-house team).
They’re looking for a highly skilled and extremely experienced Creative Services Manager to join a passionate team full-time. You’ll head up and strategically/operationally manage a fully integrated and diverse in-house team towards the production of world-class brand campaigns across print, film and photography, for world-class print, physical and digital output.
Experience required;
- Luxury fashion sector experience, gained from either agency or brand side.
- Experience of managing creative services, including project management, and production, and their many nuances and intricacies, across fully integrated print digital and physical campaigns.
- Shape and improve the process both creatively and commercially.
- Managed large-scale teams and a multitude of small to large scale projects.
- Confident in being a compass point for questions.
- Master of all integrated timelines, workstreams, teams, and budgets.
- Well versed at managing and reporting both upwards to key founders and or stakeholders, as well as managing down and directing an integrated team.

Experience and skills needed;
- Ideally a minimum of five years relevant experience (though we consider all levels), working within an in-house team or agency environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design, strategic thinking, and technical prowess across various media print, digital, social media, and events.
- Exceptional layout and typography skills,
- A team player, familiar with thriving in a tight-knit, fast-paced environment.
- A bonus if you have some experience with art directing video, animation and video editing
- Exceptional knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Basic skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Sketch, Figma
