Your skillset and experience should comprise of:

● Excellent knowledge of After Effects and the Adobe suite is essential
● Expert knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift /Octane
● Experience of leading projects end to end and working directly with clients

Moving Image & Film / Ref: LM-33335Are you a Video Editor seeking creative ownership, opportunity for growth and an ambitious London production house working on exciting projects?
Our client is a tight-knit, nimble agency and film production house based in Central London, producing video for clients and brands that truly need no introduction. This Editor role, however, is unique in that it would be focussed on the agency’s own weekly show.
That means no external clients. And lots of creative freedom. You would be the only Editor on the show – the most viewed episode has amassed 2.3m views on social media!
Role and responsibilities:
- Being the main Editor on the agency’s weekly show
- Working on fun, 4-5 minute storytelling-based episodes
- Generating ideas for the show
- Collaborating with other members of production as well as the leadership team
- Occasionally attending shoots and helping with casting
- Working on graphics in AE as and when needed
Experience and skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in an agency or production house
- A showreel of story-led work, showcasing creative flair
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro
- Experience working within a creative team
- A genuine interest in social media video work
- Nice to have: After Effects skills for motion graphics

3d Senior Motion Designer
Moving Image & Film / Ref: CC-33189Peas are once more collaborating with great creative motion – with some awards under their belt. They are a business known to tackle predominantly creative projects, and less corporate. They produce extremely well thought out and creative moving image content, with a scope that can range from 2+3d animation, vfx, live action, music videos, commercials or film titles, amongst others.
Currently on the lookout for a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join their expanding team. The ideal candidates will have, most importantly a slick and well constricted showreel. The content and craft displayed on your showreel are really important to this employer.
Primary skills and experience sought:
- Experience leading projects, pitches and treatments as a Senior Motion Designer
- Ideally at least 6 years’ experience, although we are open to more or less years
- A showreel demonstrating your 3D skillset; design, animation, vfx, rendering, shading, texturing etc.
- Good design eye and slick animation skills (at a senior level)
- Advance level user of Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Arnold (ideally, although welcoming people willing to learn)
Supplementary and desirable skills sought:
- 2D handrawn illustration
- Cel Animation
- Any experience or interest in other tools like Nuke or Houdini
This is a remote position to start with, and will be returning to office within the next month or so, in a hybrid model.
