Regional B2B Campaign Manager
Marketing / Ref: PM-33586Globally renowned non-profit organisation, well established in their field for over thirty years. They have lovely team of marketers across regions who work collaboratively in order to meet company’s regional strategic growth plans.
Now in the market for a Regional B2B Campaign Manager on a 6 month fixed-term-contract (with a view to perm). Perfectly suited to a B2B marketing professional with ample experience in supporting the execution of the regional B2B marketing campaign strategy.
Responsibilities include;
- Support the Regional Marketing Lead.
- Leads the execution of B2B regional campaigns and tactical plans to generate revenue and drive conversions
- Own and manage B2B projects across CRM, lead generation, sales enablement and content
- Managing direct agency relationships as applicable in design and implementation of campaigns localised to regions
- Provides recommendation for improvements of campaign performance through monitoring, analysis and generating actional insights
- Acts as a point of contact for B2B regional marketing, product, martech and marketing teams.
- Leads on B2B Marketing events, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer experience. Including building and executing on an event plan
- Develops regional reports, track marketing performance, and established goals and objectives; recommend adjustments. Utilise analytics team for support.
- Identifies regional growth opportunities, customer segment trends, and relevant competitive activities that influences customer development
- Working alongside Product Marketing, to develop and sustain strong relationships with business teams and stakeholders at a global scale.
Experience and abilities sought;
- Degree in business or marketing
- Ideally minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience (although we consider all levels!) within a regional or global business model.
- Experience working in sales environment in a growing global organisation
- Strong relationship building skills, to execute campaigns with/through other teams
- Demonstrated knowledge within PR, social media, content development, email communication, digital, SEO/SEM, market research, and brand.
- Experience providing strategic direction to vendors as well as effective vendor management.
- Demonstrated ability to create, analyse, and apply outcomes for performance metrics.
- Technologically savvy and a proponent of digital technology (whats transforming customer engagement?)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products, CRM, and other data tools proficiently.
- Ability to travel globally and locally, including weekends/holidays as needed. Anticipated travel of 10-20%.

A global non-profit organisation renowned in their field for over 30 years, seeks a Marketing Channel Specialist on a 6 month fixed-term-contract (with a view to perm).
Perfectly suited to a digital marketing professional with experience of managing and growing relationships and engagement with direct and indirect channel partners in the UK Region as well as lead and/or contribute to channel initiatives that drive revenue growth. Someone who develops and executes targeted channel programs and campaigns and assures ongoing measurement/tracking of results, with a specific focus on Youth Engagement.
Role Profile Description
- Develops targeted, in-market programs and campaigns to acquire and retain customers, customized for UK region, as needed
- Understands and supports channel partners’ needs and business objectives, specifically aimed at revenue growth for both partners and the organization, as well as driving membership and youth engagement
- Manages business relationships with portfolio of assigned direct and/or indirect channel partners
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external channel partners/vendors to increase Marketing’s contribution to revenue via indirect channels
- Proactively monitors accuracy, classification and processing of leads across customer lifecycle stages
- Provides short and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist with business development of in-market channel partners
- Performs industry and competitive analysis to inform the customer development process
- Performs ongoing tracking and reporting on in-market channel marketing initiatives
- Supports the development of marketing strategy and customer development offerings
Skills and qualifications sought:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in Channel marketing; building joint value propositions and marketing plans, enabling and activating channels and working with internal teams to develop joint content; with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing pipeline generation for multiple accounts, including managing targeted campaigns from concept to ROI analysis with the ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Demonstrated experience with email, database, and digital marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills, including experience reviewing performance results and recommending improvements
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Deep understanding of developing and defining the customer journey and highly experienced in online marketing channels including paid search, search engine optimization, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) & planning skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors, peers and colleagues across the organization as well as internal and external clients
- Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization beneficial, and within the UK region
- Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills

Role overview
As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of the B2B elements of the regional marketing plans and strategy, acting as the primary point of contact for all B2B regionally-executed campaigns supporting the delivery of B2B marketing targets, as well as sales pipeline goals to support regional business objectives.
