Beauty brand incubator business seeks a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in London, to join a leadership team as a co-founder to launch and scale multiple beauty brands over a period of time.
Remuneration package from £150k + bonuses and equity, with room to grow with subsequent brand launches.
Ideal candidate to be at Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) level with the experience of scaling up beauty businesses in USA and Europe.
An innovative beauty group, with a focus on the luxury and prestige segment across Europe and USA.

Experience sought:
- In all areas listed above in responsibilities
- Primary experience in beauty colour make-up, towards gen-z
- Substantial number of year’s experience in a leadership role within the beauty sector.
- Proven track record of working in a scale-up environment in USA and Europe
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
