Role is perfectly suited to a leadership level strategic marketer, who knows how to communicate with the ultra-luxury clientele globally.
This prestigious British luxury brand is celebrated for its impeccable craftsmanship in jewellery, timepieces, leather goods, and bespoke creations. It’s been a symbol of elegance and exclusivity for over a century, attracting a discerning global clientele. Now seeking a visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead the brand’s marketing and digital transformation, with a strong focus on social media, brand collaborations and e-commerce.
The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy, with a primary focus on digital innovation, social media growth, and high-impact brand collaborations. Working closely with the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing will spearhead initiatives that drive online engagement, enhance the brand’s digital presence, and attract a new generation of luxury consumers, while preserving the brands legacy of craftsmanship and exclusivity. This role will also include partnering with external creative agencies to deliver visually compelling, trendsetting campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a digital-first marketing strategy
- Oversee the growth of e-commerce platform
- Identify and lead strategic brand collaborations
- Work closely with leading creative agencies to produce cutting-edge campaigns
- Working with our Web3 team
- Lead strategic communications campaigns
- Develop an omnichannel marketing approach creating seamless experiences from social media discovery to in-store interactions.
- Utilise data analytics and market research to understand customer behaviours and preferences.
- Build, lead and inspire the marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Experience and qualifications sought:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record in high value luxury brands, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations, with a demonstrated ability to engage affluent consumers.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce growth and executing digital-first marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with creative agencies to produce high-impact luxury campaigns.
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies, including NFTs and blockchain, is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to implement, inspire and lead a dynamic, cross-functional team.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- A passion for luxury branding, craftsmanship, and innovation.
