Established London based Post Production studio renowned for commercials and motion graphics vfx, are in the market for a freelance VFX Compositor to be engaged on a project by project basis (2 months solling)

This studio needs someone creative, someone able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment to deliver an extremely high level of work. You should be comfortable working with clients and expressing your thoughts professionally, have a stern eye for detail, excellent communication skills and technical knowledge and also have relevant experience in a commercial/TV post environment…ideally with some experience in fashion and/or beauty. Work ranges from experimental jobs to commercials and long form too.

Role involves; 

• Create high quality digital composites and visual effects for feature films and commercials.
• Completing mark-ups, and execution of some skin/product work
• Utilising After Effects and Nuke to complete tasks as appropriate.
• Strong sense of colour, colour-space and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on the most complex and demanding shots.
• Thorough understanding of compositing multi-channel lighting passes and how each channel contributes to the final image.

Peas are once more collaborating with a great motion studio. They are a business known to tackle predominantly creative projects, and less corporate. They produce extremely well thought out and creative moving image content, with a scope that can range from cgi and vfx, 2d animation, live action, music videos, commercials, titles, and lots more. They are presently in the market for a full time 3d Generalist (3d &VFX) join their expanding team. The ideal candidates will have, most importantly a super slick and put together reel. The content and craft displayed on your folio/reel are really important.

Apart from that you will have:

• A showreel consisting of cgi and vfx projects
• Experience working on live projects, but also pitches and treatments
• Good motion design eye and slick animation skills
• Proficiency of tools like Cinema 4D, After Effects, Nuke
• Experienced in working at a motion studio within a team of motion creatives.

Bonus for anyone with extra skills like:  

• 2D handrawn illustration
• Cel Animation
• Any experience in Houdini or Unreal

This is a hybrid position, based in London. You will be surrounded by incredibly talented team of motion cgi and vfx professionals, and be exposed to work you will be proud to include in your next showreel.

An opportunity to work on ‘motion first’ brand identity projects, as a Motion Designer.

London based internationally recognised brand design agency seeks freelance Motion Designer on a project-by-project basis. Agency collaborates with brands who possess the creative ambition to deliver fresh innovative design work. Presently they have an 8 week project on, with a possible for a further 6 week extension.

Responsibilities include; 

• Collaborate with brand identity designers
• Explore and expand their concepts, and experiment with motion graphics early on in the project
• Contribute to the project by providing motion ideas on brand expression.
• Able to bring brand design identity ideas to life in 2d
• Work in 3d to design, build, render, animate brand logo marks

What we are looking for; 

• A showreel exhibiting your proudest and best work as a motion designer, from within the last 3-4 years.
• High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and in Cinema 4d.
• A CV& showreel demonstrating your experience within brand identities as a motion designer
• Demonstrate brand expression work in your showreel
• Demonstrate 3d logo mark design and animation in your showreel
• It would be a bonus, should you have expertise in editing videos using adobe premiere pro.
