Senior Art Director
Creative & Design / Ref: SM34232Senior Art Director for a prestigious luxury fashion brand, based in Milan.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and visionary Art Director with substantial experience in the luxury fashion industry and the flexibility to work internationally.
Lead and execute creative art direction for high-impact fashion campaigns and projects.
Collaborate closely with creative teams and stakeholders to develop visionary concepts that align with the brand’s aesthetics.
Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high standards are met within deadlines.
Work effectively across multiple locations, adapting to and respecting cultural nuances within creative expressions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Art Direction within the luxury fashion space, preferable studio experienced.
- Ability to be based in Milan or London, comfortable travel to HQ during crucial project period in Milan at cost of the brand. Including travel to shoot

This Studio has an innovative and thoughtful approach to creating visual identities, Editorial pieces, Exhibition spaces + Digital designs. With a diverse portfolio spanning art, culture, and commerce, the studio collaborates with clients to develop projects that are both creative and impactful. Their work often explores the intersections of graphic design, typography, and spatial design, emphasizing storytelling and conceptual thinking to deliver unique and meaningful experience.
They are looking for their new Studio Manager, you will quickly become the heart of the studio, ensuring smooth operations and acting as the main liaison between clients and the design team. You’ll be crucial in managing projects, supporting the creative team, handling client communications, and overseeing studio logistics.
The role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee recruitment, HR processes, and studio maintenance.
• Support finance tasks such as invoicing and budget management.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational, project management, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Xero, Trello, and Excel.

Global creative and strategic direction has led them to be one of the most awarded creatives within the fashion and beauty sector at the Clio Awards, picking up D&AD and many more awards at Cannes International Festival of creativity.
Thriving in a space with best known brands, working hand in hand with Founders to produce creatively challenging work of art.
The Studio in search of a new addition, someone who can organise and manage a comprehensive archive of completed projects, ensuring all materials are catalogued and easily accessible.
Conduct in-depth research into historical projects, gathering relevant information and materials. Work chronologically to piece together project histories, creating detailed records.
Approach past clients to gather insights, feedback, and documentation of historically significant projects. Building relationships with clients for future collaboration and to enrich the archive.
Work closely with the Founder to understand the vision and history of projects. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the archive reflects the essence of the projects.
Develop innovative ways to present the archive, possibly through digital platforms or future exhibitions whilst ensuring the archive serves as a valuable resource for inspiration and reference.
Ideal Candidate
- Background: Experience in production, archiving, or journalism.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Mindset: Inquisitive, creative, and passionate about storytelling through historical context.
