Producer/Archivist

Thriving in a space with best known brands, working hand in hand with Founders to produce creatively challenging work of art.
The Studio in search of a new addition, someone who can organise and manage a comprehensive archive of completed projects, ensuring all materials are catalogued and easily accessible.
Conduct in-depth research into historical projects, gathering relevant information and materials. Work chronologically to piece together project histories, creating detailed records.
Approach past clients to gather insights, feedback, and documentation of historically significant projects. Building relationships with clients for future collaboration and to enrich the archive.
Work closely with the Founder to understand the vision and history of projects. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the archive reflects the essence of the projects.
Develop innovative ways to present the archive, possibly through digital platforms or future exhibitions whilst ensuring the archive serves as a valuable resource for inspiration and reference.
Ideal Candidate
- Background: Experience in production, archiving, or journalism.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Mindset: Inquisitive, creative, and passionate about storytelling through historical context.
Part-Time Consideration
- Flexible working hours, allowing for a balance between research, outreach, and management tasks.
