The studio are famed for their forward thinking, innovative Design and ability to always create ground breaking work.
As a Senior Designer, your primary responsibility is to lead the creative output and delivery of projects from start to finish. You will take charge of driving projects forward by working collaboratively, managing the team’s work, and providing clear guidance. The projects will be a broad range of Branding, Graphic Design and Campaigns pieces with high profile brands from the realm of Sports and Lifestyles brands.
Your role involves developing well-crafted and compelling design work that supports strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as presenting confidently to clients.
You possess a self-motivated approach and actively seek opportunities to enhance client briefs. You are also comfortable suggesting changes in approach or presenting studio project ideas to managers.
Additionally, you play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and providing support to Design Directors and Creative Directors.
Project Responsibilities:
- Gain a clear understanding of project briefs and timelines.
- Working on Branding and Conceptual Design projects
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and attend meetings.
- Promptly communicate any concerns about projects to the Senior Team.
- Ensure the team has clear instructions and tasks to follow.
- Foster clear communication within the team and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to the filing structure.
- Uphold high creative standards.
- Identify innovative ways to exceed project requirements.
- Collaborate effectively within the team.
- Inspire and motivate designers to develop their skills and explore different design approaches.
- Manage the work output of freelancers and external partners.
- Provide support to the design team in resolving technical and design-related challenges.
- Create clear and engaging presentations.
- Deliver high-level concept presentations to clients.
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with clients.
- Accurately create and approve final artwork files.
- Develop case studies and necessary social assets.
Personal Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of personal creative output.
- Take ownership of your objectives and personal development, actively seeking opportunities to learn new skills and adopt innovative work methods.
- Demonstrate strong and constructive communication skills in all aspects of your role and within the organisation.
- Represent the agency when communicating with third parties.
- Stay informed and up to date with the latest trends and developments in the design industry.
- Maintain awareness of current design processes.

Design Director
Creative & Design / Ref: ALF-34192We are thrilled to be working alongside an award winning leading Creative Agency, their IMPACT is felt globally with studios in London and America. They don’t do anything by halves and have worked on some of the most talked about Design work in recent years. They are still in their early years as an agency but already have a solid team formed of 30 wonderful humans in the form of Designers, Creatives, Writers, Motion Designers, Production Designers plus Project Managers. Their Founders are all big names from creative world and all had fantastic careers before grouping together to set the world on fire.
The team are opening their doors for a truly inspiring Design Director. Someone with a breathtaking portfolio, show casing work across large scale brand through to large show stopping campaigns.
You will be working alongside a fellow Design Director and guiding the team of Graphic and Motion Designers, whilst reporting into the Creative Director. Your day will be made up of new concepts, working with strategy, crafting those ideas into existence. As Design Director you will be confident leading presentations and pitches. Someone that’s not afraid to push boundaries with Design but equally someone with an ability to build a good rapport with clients and have a sensitivity for their needs and requirements.Their clients are anything but “samey” each project will have their own life and course, from large corporate brands which will be recognised globally. The following month could be hand crafting a logo for the world of arts.

They specialise in building emotional connections through storytelling for a diverse range of clients in sponsorship and sport. They partner with the most prestigious names in sport including Football, Racing, Basketball to name a few.
After a successful 2023 and some big wins this year they are seeking some talent and energy into the studio in the shape of a Senior Designer. You join their Creative Department formed of Designers, Creatives and Motions Designers. You will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of creative excellence within the realm of sports marketing. Collaborating closely with the creative and motion departments, you will be instrumental in crafting world-class designs that resonate with the audience. As a Designer you will demonstrate exceptional design craft, innovation, and a proactive attitude towards their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting and executing Visual Identity and Branding projects.
- Designing for creative campaigns, social media content plans, and social media assets
- Contributing to pitches by developing creative content and producing presentation decks
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining the quality of design throughout all project phases
- Being part of a team, inspiring and nurturing Junior and Middle Weight Designers
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the studio + through your work
- A big advocator for the growth and visibility of women’s sports
About you;
- Currently working at Senior Level
- A real pro in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat,
- A background in Branding and Campaign work
- Passion for sports and creativity
- An advocate for sustainability and diversity initiatives
They are based in Central London and ask that everyone collaborates in the studio 3 days per week.
