The studio are famed for their forward thinking, innovative Design and ability to always create ground breaking work.
As a Senior Designer, your primary responsibility is to lead the creative output and delivery of projects from start to finish. You will take charge of driving projects forward by working collaboratively, managing the team’s work, and providing clear guidance. The projects will be a broad range of Branding, Graphic Design and Campaigns pieces with high profile brands from the realm of Sports and Lifestyles brands.
Your role involves developing well-crafted and compelling design work that supports strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as presenting confidently to clients.
You possess a self-motivated approach and actively seek opportunities to enhance client briefs. You are also comfortable suggesting changes in approach or presenting studio project ideas to managers.
Additionally, you play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and providing support to Design Directors and Creative Directors.
Project Responsibilities:
- Gain a clear understanding of project briefs and timelines.
- Working on Branding and Conceptual Design projects
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and attend meetings.
- Promptly communicate any concerns about projects to the Senior Team.
- Ensure the team has clear instructions and tasks to follow.
- Foster clear communication within the team and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to the filing structure.
- Uphold high creative standards.
- Identify innovative ways to exceed project requirements.
- Collaborate effectively within the team.
- Inspire and motivate designers to develop their skills and explore different design approaches.
- Manage the work output of freelancers and external partners.
- Provide support to the design team in resolving technical and design-related challenges.
- Create clear and engaging presentations.
- Deliver high-level concept presentations to clients.
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with clients.
- Accurately create and approve final artwork files.
- Develop case studies and necessary social assets.

- Ensure a high level of personal creative output.
- Take ownership of your objectives and personal development, actively seeking opportunities to learn new skills and adopt innovative work methods.

Creative & Design / Ref: ALF34252We are thrilled to be working with a renowned Design Studio that is expanding its core team. This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate Middle Weight Designer to join a small yet dynamic team working on high-impact projects.
As a Middle Weight Designer, you will be a key player in the creative team, working on a diverse range of projects, including Branding, Campaigns, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Retail (pop-ups, store displays, window graphics, and installations). Their work spans multiple platforms, so it’s essential that your experience and portfolio showcase expertise in Branding, Editorial, Identity, Digital, Packaging, and Environmental Graphics. Experience in Motion projects is a bonus.
The role:
- Work on branding, campaign development, and graphic design projects.
- Design for digital platforms, including web design.

This Studio has an innovative and thoughtful approach to creating visual identities, Editorial pieces, Exhibition spaces + Digital designs. With a diverse portfolio spanning art, culture, and commerce, the studio collaborates with clients to develop projects that are both creative and impactful. Their work often explores the intersections of graphic design, typography, and spatial design, emphasizing storytelling and conceptual thinking to deliver unique and meaningful experience.
Over the years you won’t have heard of them hiring often. Following a successful year and influx of projects they are needing to scale up the core team and a bridge a gap in the current team.
The role seeks an established Graphic Designer, you likely are sitting between Middle Weight Level and Senior or have recent stepped into a Senior role. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Design Director to lead and deliver a variety of medium to large-scale projects, spanning both print and digital platforms. You’ll be instrumental in bringing the studio’s creative vision to life while ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
The role:
Brand Identity & Print Design
• Lead the development and prototyping of brand identity concepts, including logo design, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Create compelling layouts for editorial and print design projects.
• Develop innovative creative responses to briefs and project explorations.
• Prepare and present creative concepts and designs to clients.
• Provide print artwork and contribute to creative print consultancy as needed.
Digital Design
• Develop and execute exciting digital ideas.
• Design websites for medium to large-scale clients, incorporating current industry trends and standards.
• Create client-branded digital presentation documents in appropriate formats.
• Collaborate with technical developers to bring projects to life.
• Assist in developing social media strategies and content.
About you:

Their Creative Director is a well-known and respected talent who is looking for a partner to really grow and shape the future of the agency. Now seeking a Managing Director with experience in branding + new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
New business development playing a key role in bringing in new business. With your understanding of the market, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and pitch to potential clients. You’ll be the face of the agency in client meetings and networking events. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing projects run smoothly and identifying opportunities for growth. A trusted partner for them, guiding them through their branding journey.
Alongside the Creative Director you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Working with the Creative Director you will set up the vision and ensure they’re on track to hit both creative and financial goals.
Whilst overseeing budgeting and financial performance of the agency. You’ll work with the finance team to manage profit margins, forecast revenue, and ensure we stay on top of targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Experience in Branding + Design agencies, a solid passion and knowledge of this industry is a must have.
