Studio / Project Assistant OR Manager
Project Management / Ref: SM33968A small multi-disciplinary creative direction agency, that work with some high profiled international fashion and cultural clients across campaign, branding, identity, packaging, print, digital and development and film.

Currently seeking a Studio / Project Assistant OR Manager to come in and really help with the running of the studio and support the in house Creative Director and Studio Director who covers Executive Producing and Project Direction role.
The ideal person will be incredibly organized, have an interest in ‘handling things’ with conviction, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
Ability to supervise across all administrative based activities.
Be the main point of contact for the team, suppliers, whilst supporting the financial controller.
Someone who has experienced in the running of projects from start to finish whether independently or assisting, happy to shadow and learn and be ready to take on projects independently in 6 months’ time. However, the agency are open to options who are already adverse in Project Management.
Project management;
Client management, taking briefs, collaborating with creatives, designers and production to produce work to a high standard.
Proposal writing, scoping projects costs, budgeting, scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met and ensuring smooth running.
Working across integrated projects from brand strategy, identity, print communications, advert campaigns, packaging, photographic shoots, interactive design, and moving image.
Ideal candidate to have experience of both Studio AND Project assisting roles within the creative sector.

Currently seeking an Art Director on a freelance basis for the next 3 months. This is a role with the potential of extension into a longer booking.
As an Art Director for this international brand, you’ll work closely with the Head Of Creative and Director of Production, overseeing the design team and ensuring brand aesthetic is considered in all creative executions.
You’ll have knowledge and oversight across all branding and design assets and will create designs, templates, and workflows rolled out internationally and utilized in local teams all over the world.
The role requires significant graphic design experience, including experience designing for print and digital platforms. You’ll be expected to give feedback on the design team’s work, uphold high creative standards, and recruit freelancers into the team.
As a leader in the department, good communication is essential, and collaborative and leadership skills are a must. You’ll work with creatives and producers and may be expected to present to team, marketing, and other departments within the business.
You’ll have good knowledge of advertising, promotion, the social and digital landscape, and approach all projects with the bigger picture in mind. You’ll demonstrate a high level of creative excellence, ensuring all output is produced to the highest creative standard while delivering on time and to budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creatively execute the core brand aesthetic to the highest level across all projects
- Work alongside the Head Of Creative on all projects
- Be an expert on the brand
- Work to a brief, schedule, and budget and collaborate with creative and production partners
- Art direct key art and manage external projects with design studios
- Oversee the creation of international style-guides for show franchises
- Produce high-quality design across a breadth of projects
- Problem-solve and contribute creative ideas and vision when it comes to brand workflows
- Partner with creatives for campaign idea generation and pitching
- Work alongside and support junior members of the team
- Recommend new technology software and creative solutions
- Creating and presenting decks and mood boards to clearly communicate ideas
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in all stages of the creative design and production process is highly desirable
- Strong traditional graphic design and motion graphics skills
- Experience in leading project teams and supporting junior members of the team
- Knowledge of and experience with branding for shows
- Extensive design experience across all platforms and marketing mediums
- A strong visual and creative thinker with an excellent ability to verbally communicate ideas
- Extensive experience in industry-standard software (ie Adobe CS, After Effects, C4D etc.)
- Strongly committed to collaboration and working as part of the creative team
- Ability to produce and communicate a consistent stream of fresh, innovative, and original creative ideas
- Up to date with the latest design trends and software

A boutique branding studio in East London are giving a Junior Artworker the opportunity to join their creative team.
They work across a variety of projects for different industries within start-ups and larger clients, specialising in visual identity, visual language, branding, packaging, web, brand guidelines, and more.
Reporting into the Design Director, the Artworker will have a full picture of all projects that run through the studio. The team work collaboratively, giving a junior the opportunity to learn from more experienced designers.
In addition, the successful candidate will be working alongside the Senior Artworker who will be able to teach and support.
