Head of Design at London based luxury fashion brand, a prominent fashion company.
This position a crucial role in the company’s visual team, responsible for developing and managing all visual assets for printed materials and creative e-commerce content to convey the brand’s identity consistently across various channels.
The role demands comfort in a fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while working under constraints.
Graphic Designer is expected to work on various design projects, including digital experiences, branding, garment graphics, printed materials, and publications. They should be able to execute creative briefs effectively.
- Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity, ensuring that it remains consistent across all platforms and materials. Whilst ensuring that all design work aligns with the brand’s standards.
Ability to create final artworks efficiently and independently, even when working under tight deadlines.
- Take ownership of the visual standards for the brand’s digital platforms, including leading updates to the website.
Collaborate with various teams within the organization, such as the E-commerce team, UX designers, and marketing team, to support business objectives. Additionally, work with external creatives, writers, and developers.
- A background in visual communications and art direction is preferred. Experience in both art direction and designing digital experiences is valuable.
Support the post-production process for images, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity.
It is preferable that candidates should have prior experience either in an in-house design role or within a fast-paced agency. Hold a contemporary and engaging portfolio which is essential, showcasing strengths in conceptual thinking, typography, layout design, brand system development, and imagery.
