Peas have teamed with a Luxury brand in a quest to find their new Production Director. You’ll become the driving force behind end-to-end campaign production, steering projects from concept through to asset delivery. As a strategic visionary with a passion for detail, you’ll ensure seamless execution while maintaining an eye on the broader creative goals. Over time, the role will evolve to include social-first campaign production, adding further dimensions to your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee campaign shoots from pre-production through post-production, ensuring budgets and schedules are managed with precision.
• Resource & Budget Oversight: Lead efficient budget allocation, vendor negotiations, and collaborate closely with procurement teams.
• Quality Control: Guarantee that all outputs align with the brand’s luxury standards, playing an active role in shoot environments.
• Risk & Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of three direct reports, fostering growth and ensuring excellence.

Requirements

• Industry Expertise: Extensive shoot production experience in beauty or fashion industries, with a focus on luxury brands.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and contract management.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this role is London based and you will be required in the studio 3 days per week + there will be frequent travel for shoots which will be overseas.
