We are thrilled to be teaming with a long-standing client of ours to find them a brand-new Creative Director. The business is a Creative Agency known for their work in Brand Experiences, Campaigns + Brand repositions. They have a team bursting with talent from Art Directors, Project Managers, Graphic Designers + 3D Designers.

Please note, the studio champion real life collaboration and encourage the team to be present in the studio, they do offer 1-day per week remote working.

The role:

You will become the driving for their vision. You’ll lead, inspire, and develop their talented team of Designers + Art Directors. You will nurture a culture of innovation and creativity and inspire the next generation of Designers as well as giving them all tools for success. You will also be an incredible Creative in your own right and be extremely involved in projects from those vital 1^st meetings with clients through to final delivery. You will have solid experience in creating unforgettable Brand Experiences, Campaigns + have several high-profile Brand Repositioning under your belt. Experience within hospitality would be an advantage but open to meeting people from different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Inspiration:
   • Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
   • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
   • Set high standards for creative excellence and ensure all work aligns with the agency’s vision and goals.
   • Identify and nurture the unique talents within the creative team, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
   • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and collaboration.
   • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
2. Creative Strategy & Development:
   • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
   • Oversee the creation of compelling brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
   • Conceptualise and execute innovative campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
   • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective creative solutions.
   • Present and defend creative concepts to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations are exceeded.
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
