Senior Creative / Art Director
Creative & Design / Ref: MM-33888A leading independent fashion and culture studio is looking for a Senior Creative / Art Director to join their team.
Our client is a pioneering, culture-driven creative studio that specialises in fashion, luxury and lifestyle communications who partner with the world’s most ambitious brands and agencies to produce brave, progressive creative for a global community of advocates. Their clients include world-renowned music, fashion, tech and lifestyle brands.
As a Senior Creative / Art Director you will report to the ECD&CD and will lead the charge across creative conceptualisation, art direction, development and delivery carefully selected cultural and commercial projects. You’ll be extremely well versed in integrated solutions across digital, print, events, experience, etc. The right character would be passionate about creating innovative content across all platforms and work strategically with varied team members to deliver inventive, disruptive and performing campaigns and content.
You’ll have have 6+ years of experience in the creative industry (though we consider applicants at all levels!), working on campaigns of different scales, content creation or other creative projects and be aware of current movements and trends, with strong knowledge in fashion, graphic & fine arts, design, photography & film, and have the ability to translate into creative solutions for commercial projects.

Duties, responsibilities include
Lead ideation and art direction for brand partnerships and advertising campaigns from conception to delivery.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of integrated creative development, formalising ideas and concepts into compelling presentation formats, and using your art direction expertise to produce outputs across stills, films, digital media, print and all other formats.
Ensure the companies culture, values and creativity is being pushed through all the different projects at the studio.
Excellent communication both internally and externally, being able to brief and oversee creative team members (such as graphic designers, editors etc) whilst also having strong client facing presentation skills.
Commissioning of content from outside suppliers (photographers/illustrators). Create clear briefs and manage suppliers.
Show efficiency, agility and confidence on set.
Work closely with the production team, particularly the Senior Producer & Project Managers, on projects & briefs that come into Studio.
Work closely with the strategy director to ensure strategically led creative outcomes.
Be an integral part of the studio team, creating & developing beautiful and engaging proposals and confidently presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure work is conceptually and creatively robust, representative of the brand, and client/brief appropriate.
Show agility in managing client feedback, deadlines and other requirements.
Staying up to date with innovations and trends in digital art, design, technology and talent, and ensuring our work is relevant, future-facing and innovative.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ideally you have 6+ years of experience in the creative industry (though we consider applicants at all levels!), working on campaigns of different scales, content creation or other creative projects.
Experience in working in digital and video with a keen interest for innovation and experimentation leading to creative solutions for commercial projects.
You are aware of current movements and trends, with strong knowledge in fashion, graphic & fine arts, design, photography & film and have the ability to translate into creative solutions for commercial projects.
You have a sharp eye and strong attention to detail for post production, working and managing a number of stakeholders in order to deliver campaigns at the higher standard.
A collaborative team player but also able to work independently.
You are a clear communicator, have excellent presentation skills and the ability to verbalise ideas and concepts.
You are an advanced Adobe Suite user.
You have the ability to work at speed, with an agile approach to regular changes without compromising on quality.
You have a strong sense of organisation that helps you thrive in a fast paced environment.
You are proactive and able to show initiative and bring ideas to the table.

Video Editor (junior)
Moving Image & Film / Ref: CC-33922Peas has the pleasure of teaming up with an incredible client, one who is known for pushing the boundaries of fashion film and communication.
Currently seeking a Junior Video Editor to join the fashion film team. If you possess some experience in fashion films, then this will be an incredibly exciting role for you. Here are the list of responsibilities for this role;
- Ingest footage & organise into premiere projects. Ingesting all information & film link into set document structure, and marking any missing information or issues with submission
- Building social media assets for cross platforms
- Compressing and converting files
- Preliminary edit for review & continuation by senior editor. This might include trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film, Input music, dialogues, graphics and / or effects, research, creating rough and final cuts, ensuring highest quality of product, no glitches or errors at project stage, export stage and upload stage.
- Assisting with the founders projects as requested.
- Helping film team during filming of live panels, live streamed fashion shoots and any other studio production. This may include filming, vision mixing or helping with batteries and cards, prepping cameras as dictated by reference given or any other general assistance needed on set or in pre-production.
- Location and processing of archive footage & assets as needed.
This is a job that suits someone at an early stage of their career, who loves fashion, music and innovation.
The right candidate is proficient in both Mac and Windows environments, and has good knowledge of Première-Pro, as well as ideally knowledge across other softwares like Adobe CS, DaVinci Resolve, FCP, and knowledge of cameras and how to use them
Someone articulate and with good communication skills, positive by nature and who is happy contributing to the studio’s culture
You are able to take direction and work well with a team, are organized and detail oriented.
