A great opportunity for a Middleweight Creative Project Manager to join a newly formed creative department within a global beauty brand. Industry leaders, recognised for its’ sheer subtle but profound presence. Found in all the right locations and within many homes, workplaces, leisure, and hospitality venues. It’s the one desirable brand.
Having successfully developed a creative department over the last year, with a world class team coming together they are able to bring more projects internally to really take the brand presence to its’ optimum level. Plans to develop the brand globally making it an exciting time for all, career development and promotion leading to new opportunity and growth. A rarity but one that can be boasted about.
Responsibilities will include the day-to-day running of projects including planning, time and budget management and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in resource management and will be able to deliver seamless, profitable projects, that meet briefs and fit within the brand’s way of working. You must have a clear vision of workflow and manage the team’s capacity to finalise a project, while working alongside departmental heads.
Requirements
- 3+ years Project Management experience working within an agency or brand environment, ideally within a global capacity.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude and will enjoy working as part of a team on large-scale projects.
- Understand creative disciplines and what is needed to complete them.
- Feel comfortable working closely with cross department Stakeholders as well as your peers within the marketing and creative departments on your projects.
