Peas have teamed up with an established studio that works with a diverse range of collaborators that works across all platforms. From advertising print media though to social media campaigns, music videos, fragrance launches, and more. They have a way of creating imagery that speaks out to a magnitude of luxury fashion designers and together they create something that is really special.

They are searching for a new Project Director. Someone who can step into the studio and conduct and drive the design process to ensure smooth delivery while ensuring time and budget are kept in mind. You will be the fountain of knowledge and will hold an overall picture of the account. You will have forward vision, be able to identify anything coming and be able to look at the bigger picture. They are after a someone who is personable, patient and can motivate others to carry out exceptional work.

Responsibilities;

• Creating an enjoyable environment for the team, ensuring the team morale and energies up.
• The ability to understand your client’s business, their objectives and being able to contribute on strategy and creative as they move through the process.
• You will be about to foresee practical challenges and issues during the Creative process, creating a solution which enables the projects to run with little or no interruptions/ disruptions.
• Being the point of contact throughout Production to ensure the clients expectations are managed and met through this final stage.
• Experience and knowledge will be highly appreciated as you dominate a large space in review sessions.
• Managing multiple large-scale projects.
• New business meetings and proposals.
