Opportunity for a Middleweight Project Manager to joining a small award-winning creative studio, specialising in retail (which includes builds/production for window displays, in-store installations, pop-up stores…)
They are looking for an agile team player with client facing experience to lead international accounts and ensure that project outcomes provide maximum profitability and smooth running. Although you will be supported by a more Senior member of the team, they are looking for someone confident to juggle a few projects end to end with pro-activity and autonomy.
-Experience working with brands across window displays, in-store environments or events
-In depth understanding of design process (2D and 3D visual merchandising) with ideally knowledge of print process
-Strong client facing experience
-Proven experience of working with roll-out budgets of £250k plus
-Working knowledge of Excel
-Knowledge of programs such as Sketch Up, InDesign and Illustrator will be a huge bonus
-You will be the main point of contact for clients, internal teams and external partners, managing expectations internally and externally throughout the lifecycle of a project.
-From receiving client brief, you will define scope and goals alongside the MD and more Senior members of the team.
-You will manage the project workflow from concept design, through to fabrication and installation as well as planning and executing installations (these are mainly overnight installations often collaborating with the Senior PM)
-You will ensure your projects are delivered on time and on budget.

-You will explore sampling and costing with the in house production team and various external partners.
-You will identify and eradicate risks throughout the project course.
This is a very busy time for this studio and so it is vital you have the ability to manage numerous projects, stay calm, and ensure your team are all on track.
The studio is also open to meeting with freelancers with a view to joining permanently.
