An independent consultancy agency is in search of a new Project Director with brand strategy, design and campaign background. They need someone who can step into the studio and look after the delivery aspect of the client relationship, manage a large programme of work (over £2m) as well as a team of 4+ project managers and creatives. 

You will have a great level of detail to be able to look forward and identify anything coming down the track. You will be a clear leader and a problem solver – calm, yet decisive and able to navigate challenging situations to drive client work and standards forward. 

You will understand larger corporate business, ensuring the agency is meeting all expectations. 

Responsibilities: 

-Produce and monitor accurate and clear income & resource forecasting.  

-Working closely with the MD and Business lead to drive business growth and developed a proactive action plan.

-Building out the programme of work and ensuring the budget and timeline is respected.

-Foreseeing practical challenges and issues during the Creative process, creating a solution which enables the projects to run with little or no interruptions/ disruptions.

-Managing and nurturing your team.
