3D Generalists to the front!
An exciting new PERMANENT role has come about, for an incredible studio based in Clerkenwell, London.
With a strong eye for design and visual storytelling, our client is an award-winning creative studio specialising in high-end film production and 3D motion design.
They produce bold, beautifully crafted cinematic work for some of the world’s leading brands and agencies, they’re imaginative, innovative and brave.
Currently on the hunt for an amazingly talented 3D generalist, preferably junior to mid weight, although considering all levels of industry experience; but the right candidate must be highly proficient in modelling, lighting, texturing and rendering, as well as post-production skills such as tracking, match moving and compositing.
You’ll have recent visual references for all the skills listed, either on your showreel or portfolio. Someone with superb design and animation skills, and preferably with a sense of art direction, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and whom has a genuine passion, drive and energy to create outstanding motion design work.
You’ll be working closely with the rest of the team not just in physical space but in a spirit of togetherness, with each other.
More about you:
You are self-motivated, organised and work well as part of a team. You’re happy jumping in and helping at any stage but also able to power through a project without needing constant guidance.
You have a genuine passion for motion design and creative culture and you must have a good technical understanding of the software and hardware systems and possess a thirst to explore new and emerging techniques and strive to be the best you can be.
- A great design eye and love of motion design
- A good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Expert working knowledge of C4D (Houdini is a bonus)
- Expert working knowledge of texturing, lighting and rendering. (In particular Octane but Redshift is a bonus)
- Good working knowledge of compositing and finishing skills. (In particular After Effects but Nuke is a bonus)
- Additional skills such in Substance Painter, X-Particles and Z-Brush are a bonus
Recapping, you’ll be working in an award winning studio alongside a super talented team, working on a diverse range of deliverable’s and producing good quality work that makes you proud.
You’ll spend your day to day in a friendly place with lots of room to work and think as well as an on-site coffee shop, a brand new co-working lounge and a range of additional presentation rooms.
