Peas have teamed with a very exciting business in the world of Crypto Currency, and we have some VERY big roles to fill with them.
We are seeking a forward thinking, Strategic, Social Media Guru Head of Brand Engagement.
The business was acquired by one of the biggest names in the Crypto world and are rapidly set to become the go to hub for purchase, education and news surrounding Crypto. The business is under going a huge re-brand behind to scenes which will be shared with the public early 2022. It’s hugely exciting time to be joining and really become apart of their new look and direction.
Building the Brand and engaging with audiences through storytelling, predominantly on Social Media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
You play a huge role in developing and leading the businesses brand engagement strategy. You will have strong knowledge of the Crypto customer/ audience and continue to propose new customer solutions to any frustrations a customer may feel to ensure to core Brand message is always being channelled. This role is very centred around Social Media as the brand know is the best space to speak directly with current and potential customers to change this narrative around a topic that generally speaking has a lot of confusion and false narrative attached to it.
As the team lead you will develop and roll out strategy to change this narrative and show all positives with Crypto currency . You work across all Brand engagement channels for rolls out.
You are going to be a great presence within the company guiding and leading a team of talented digital content creators.
Your storytelling skills will be used to give customers and audience the financial empowerment. Your storytelling will be played out across out to video content storytelling and influencer marketing, including defining production & talent management processes.
Your role sits closely with the Head of Growth you will work together to understand the efficiency and reach of your work.
The business is already international, you will team up with local agencies to help execute your ideas with sensitivity based on the country’s customer target. Experience with global brands is a must have for this role.
As Head of Brand Engagement will be responsible for planning and manage the team’s creative & production budgets, both in-house and with external providers.
The company are still in the early stages, and require someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and understands the benefits and dedication need working within a Scale up business. There is a huge amount of potential here and this really is the starting point to a business that will have a huge impact on the way we think of future of Crypto banking. The finer details;
- Ideally a minimum of 8 years + of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Engagement, Influencer Marketing.
- Strong business mind for marketing and growth to build a leading brand in a fast-paced, global-facing environment.
- Experience working with data & insights, directly with performance marketing would be highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and communication
