Their portfolio is one you will be familiar with; seeing their work across arts & culture, hospitality, property, high-end fashion, retail, beauty, fragrance, beverage, automotive, and technology. They are keen to support growth plans towards Design Director for an ambitious Design Lead.
Every person in the agency has something unique to bring to the table, with talents that form an inspiring group of people, whether they have come straight from University or bring experience from another agency. This group are not afraid of jumping in and multi-tasking several responsibilities at any given time, working across a variety of projects giving their best to deliver yet another unique piece of work. With hands-on Founders who lead by example.
As Design Lead you’ll be responsible for focusing on integrated Graphic design / Art Direction across a world-class roster of luxury and high-end high-street clients, therefore luxury experience and aesthetic is a must, as is a knock-out portfolio. You’ll be progressing with their client base and influencing brands with sustainable and strategic thinking. You must be a hands-on Designer who is capable of both working on and leading projects; ideally with experience managing a team of Junior and Middle Weight Designers – whilst working closely with an assigned Project Manager and Strategist.
SKILLS& EXPERIENCE
- A world-class portfolio full of cross-sector and fully integrated digital/physical luxury and high-end high-street case studies.
- Ability to nurture and inspire junior members of the team, ensuring excellent creative output is upheld.
- Confidence delegating responsibility, providing autonomy to others to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to client feedback, demonstrating professionalism and understanding to exceed client expectations.
- Ability to cultivate partnerships with Project Managers, strategists and junior designers to unite teams and ensure transparency during the design process.
- Demonstration of commercial acumen and work in partnership with the Finance Team to ensure all of your projects are delivered to scope, time and budget in a professional and compliant manner.
- Experience confidently and competently leading client presentations, ensuring they are delivered in an engaging and eloquent manner.
- Ability to articulate your point of view clearly, both verbally and through written and creative methods.
- Ability to bring insight, opinions and a broad cultural perspective along with a deep understanding of the design landscape and process, in order to positively affect the creative outcome.
- Ability to multitask across multiple workstreams is key.
- A genuine passion for design.
