A B-Corp design agency who are well known in the industry for partnering with top brands to deliver radical ideas is looking for a Middleweight Designer to work collaboratively with the creative team and take responsibility for your own unique design work. They are after a designer who can confidently present ideas to the team and stick by their decisions. This studio really makes everyone feel as though they are part of a team. All ideas, and even criticisms, welcome. They wish to better themselves in any way possible! 

As you would be supported by Senior members of team, this role requires you to also support Junior members of the team. They want everyone to understand the brief and work together to pull together top quality across projects from start to finish. This studio has a lot of respect for their team and they need someone who can bring a positive, supportive, motivated and respectful attitude to all design projects they put their mind to.
