Senior opportunity to define change at a highly renowned luxury fashion brand who are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing Operations who will be responsible for the commercial and creative growth of the brand through strategic and operational leadership of a multi-disciplinary team.
The business is renowned for its progressive, digital and sustainable stance and is a creative game-changer and trend-setter within the luxury fashion industry. The brand works with an extremely high profile list of collaborators and creatives, as well as having a world-class in-house team.
They’re looking for a highly skilled and extremely experienced Head of Marketing Operations, to oversee the execution of functions of the Marketing department, reporting to the CMO& Founder. You’ll be responsible for all operational aspects of marketing initiatives of the business, working through leadership challenges, setting broad and detailed global operational strategies, collaborating with wider team members and departments – all working towards the overarching goal of improving the creative and commercial output of the business.
The Head of Marketing Operations also manages the performance and optimization of the marketing department’s effectiveness in order to guide the business’s commercial efforts whilst focussing on the continuous improvement and ongoing success of all marketing programs. You’ll also understand best practices across the business-marketing industry and spearhead consistent updating of marketing operations programs and the marketing department personnel as well. You’ll be a natural leader able to initial the real change.
You must have extensive experience in a similar role, ideally for a luxury fashion brand (though luxury is not 100% essential, more essential is a willingness to solve problems and ability to do so with good energy and an entrepreneurial nature). Experience managing large departments and teams a must, as is proven stakeholder management & analytical presenting/interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple streams of work whilst staying cool, calm and collected is a must.
