Germany, Berlin - (4 days onsite, Friday wfh)

Globally revered design studio situated in a lively cultural region of Berlin looking for a Senior Digital specialist to join a growing international team (currently 20 people).
The business is best known for its culture, nurturing approach to team development & wellness, sector agnostic clients, from cultural institutions to global sustainability initiatives, and comes with an attractive relocation package. No need to speak German.
The right candidate will be an experienced digital and ui designer with a portfolio showcasing sizeable international projects. Someone with an understanding of ux design, very comfortable taking the lead on digital projects, working with a team of specialist freelancers for bigger projects and client to start with, and eventually running their own in-house team.
The position comes with lots of opportunity for growth as the business’ first permanent senior digital hire, so an optimistic and ambitious character is a must – alongside a desire to be part of the development of the studio’s digital offering. You’ll have a lot of space to establish yourself and grow your own skills and be part of agency’s wider ambitions/goals.
You’ll be working on the conceptual side of all digital brands, developing concepts out towards real-world deliverables. You’ll run sprints collaboratively with product and design teams across landmark local and global clients – from music to sustainability to food, drink and tech.
