A trend forecasting retail consultancy, combining product and marketing expertise, is looking for a Senior Creative / Co-ordinator to oversee the womenswear deliverables across their client deliverables.
You will be reporting to the head of creative, working closely with them to strategies and plan projects.
You will be the key point of contacts to your client, working closely with retailers & buyers, running bespoke product research to help them establish a strategy in light with their brand positioning and values.
*Research – researching & developing trends, key items and ideas. Working closely with your team to create big ideas, seasonal trends intel, colour, and fabric direction.
*Strategy - design, develop, implement, and execute strategies in accordance with the client’s needs. Ensuring best quality at every step.
*Account management - be the soundboard of your clients, leading workshops and presenting the work.
*Project management – taking client briefs, manage and execute the work both at studio level and client facing from conception to delivery. Ensuring everything is kept on time and on budget.
*Team management – mentoring and managing relevant team throughout the projects.
*Business development – grow and develop business portfolio as well as implementing best ways to move the agency forward.
*Strong understanding of design and fabric
*Background in retail and/ or fashion design
*Strong project and account management experience
*Strategic thinking, previous experience leading research and implementing strategies
Please note this role entails travelling – up to 10 working days 4 times a year for research purposes, workshops, and meetings.
You will need to have an understanding of brand positioning to best deliver projects
