Our client is a well-known creative agency, recognised by their aesthetic and the way they challenge brands to go further, not just creating but also defining visual culture in a dynamic and authentic way
Currently looking for an incredible Creative Director to expand their multidisciplinary team, as new clients, budgets, and needs also grow and multiply.

This is an open environment studio type of place, where you’ll be required to work not only across global projects with new and existing clients, but also on the studios own projects, being able to develop ideas and cultivate conversations with clients, team, directors etc.
The role requires you to work across diverse campaigns, activations and art direction, supervising projects, and crafting thought provoking and push visual boundaries

You will be overseeing the design and art working process across the studio’s projects; which requires you to be a creative, and confident person who is happy to own development and art direction, leading on set at shoots, managing post
Exceptional taste level, super well referenced and very strong knowledge of trends and their forecast, innovators, taste-makers and established creatives
Actively be looking beyond the immediate, beyond the current, a forecaster. You will have a strong interest in visual cultures, not just now, but past and future,
You must have immaculate attention to detail, since all sign off processes will fall under your responsibility to adhere to,
Experience with film, and creating campaigns from brief-execution. For this you will need to be able to balance wisely between planning and creativity, between a technical side of design and what the deliverable’s are
You’re intuitive, have heaps of enthusiasm and are not just able but a natural multitasker
Lastly, you will be friendly and kind, reliable, down to earth kind of person, a hard worker who likes to have fun too
Ok this sounds amazing, but what are the other job requirements?
- Previous experience leading small teams with multidisciplinary creatives
- Previous experience delivering small and large scale campaigns and activations
- Previous experience within global fashion, high end fashion and lifestyle brands
- Previous experience in developing creative briefs with superstar organisational skills
- Previous experience producing on brand creative solutions in answer to a brief
- Solid understanding of Adobe Suite (particularly PS, ID, AI)
- Previous experience as Creative Director
