We are paired with a premium menswear brand to find the best talent to fill a current void in the form of Head of Creative.
Like many of us 2020 was a difficult year but also a time of reflection. The brand in question have taken the time to reassess the vision and direction which has led to their new hire.
As Head of Creative you will work collaboratively with the Founder/ Creative Director to reshape and position the brand. You will be tasked with how the brand is represented through imagery, this will include large campaigns used across digital, social and instore. You will be working closely with the close-knit team of Designers to bring your ideas and concepts into the world. Being a small team means from time to time will need to get your hands dirty, by dirty we mean using the mac to do some day-to-day hands-on design. The aim is pushing the brand into a lifestyle realm, you will be full of ideas and ambition. Over the next year the company will be launching a new product line, you will work closely with the different teams to work on the naming, product look and feel, how the new product will be launched into the world. This a huge role with lots of opportunity to make something incredible. Leadership skills are an integral part of this role, the team need someone who they can be inspired by, someone who challenges and pushes them in the best way, but also someone who hears them and gives them the space flourish.
