Our Client is a pretty special Studio based in the creative hub that is East London. They, in the next few months are bringing in some exciting projects, of which during are keen to collaborate with a freelance Project Manager.
This Agency, is the go to Studio for problem solving. They take time and listen to their Clients’ needs, creating the most effective creative solution.
You’ll be working alongside some amazing creative’s from all different backgrounds including Branding, Advertising through to 3D retail. In addition, you’ll have a lot of creative resources at your fingertips to create amazing work! As the Project Manager, you will be the person getting stuck into projects from initial brief, working with the creative’s during the ideas stage, working to budgets and timelines.
You will be from a creative background and used to managing multiple projects, you will also be able to take the creative through to production and liaise with external suppliers and printers.
The type of clients and projects you can expect…
Anything from Fashion through super cool tech Companies, working on Campaigns, Branding, Digital, Apps, and retail spaces (plus so much more)

Our Directors are extremely busy with things kicking off with a storm, new briefs in from NYC, San Francisco, Amsterdam and London to our very own door step with leading Branding and Design Agencies to In House Fashion brands.
Peas is best known for the network of Designers and Client/Creative Services across Print and Motion. We have worked with some amazing people over the years who have help grow some of the very best studios, we value the people that we have met along the way considerably.
With all the jobs coming in thick and fast we are looking for a new addition to our team. So, here is the deal…
The ideal person will come in and hit the ground running, experience is preferably in; resource management, co-ordinating projects, managing budgets, tight deadlines, career management and or recruitment open to suggestions.
Your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities from vetting CV’s and selecting the best for meeting and signing up with Peas. Interviewing and developing relationships with candidates in a face to face capacity, uploading key details to our trustee database that holds all their information. Reference and background checking candidates, speaking and building relationships with previous employers.
Matching to live briefs with agencies that we have relationships with, and who would be interested in knowing about them. Scoping out new and exciting agencies or brands that we don’t already work with and discarding ones that may not be the best work place for the people we represent.
Ensuring the network of people, you meet are at the top of your mind for when a brief comes in freelance or full time and keeping them informed of the right roles and not just sending them out everywhere and anywhere. Less is more and we are about precision. Managing everyone’s expectations through keeping in touch and developing long standing relationships.
Writing up job adverts, posting on jobs boards and social media. Attending meetings with agencies and taking notes, and taking on briefs that come in direct to Peas via referral.
If you are a more experienced than how the role reads, we are open to adapting a role around the right person.
In an ideal world, it would be amazing if we hired someone who has done this role or part of it before. Keen to take more ownership, contribute well to our setup and be a part of making a difference to agencies and the careers for many people we work.

Client Facing, able to Project/Production Manage, needless to say be super organised, creatively driven, ability to work on the Designers side as appose to the Clients, a conceptual thinker, team player, ready to push the boundaries, ability to work under pressure whilst upholding excellence in managing a project from start to completion maintaining excellent rapport throughout and beyond.
On a day to day basis you could be carrying out a variety of tasks set out from Brand Research, to Brand Guardianship, Copywriting, Client Management Nationally and Internationally, natural grasp to Develop Business, running presentation workshops with Clients, Project and Production Management, Budgeting, Managing the Financials including Invoicing, Briefing in Design team and running internal meetings paired with Scheduling.
This is a small team so you can get your hands on almost anything and everything leaving you always on your toes and never having one day like the next!
The ideal candidate will have had first-hand experience working for a Leading Branding Design Agency, ideally a small to medium setup where you are really involved in many aspects of the overall running of a project. This is likely to be your second or third potential role, after having had a good grounding in a long term permanent role.

Small Creative Studio in the heart of East London keen to grow their team.
Known for their Creativity which can be seen across branding, identity, packaging, print, digital and development and film. Working across luxury fashion and cultural clients, international and national leading brands.
Considering they are small, they work considerably closely with leading a list brands which will sincerely amaze you as they are trusted with creative autonomy.
The role really requires someone to roll up their sleeves, get involved and show them how you can contribute to working well with a close-knit team of designers, creative director and account director.
No day will be the same, working closely with the account director managing the studio with day to day requirements but also assisting with studio resource meetings ensuring projects are scheduled in and designers are meeting deadlines. Assisting with managing client relationships, attending meetings, note taking, taking over clients you can exercise your account/project management abilities with. Developing relationships and extending projects for the agency. Whilst working closely with the design team to achieve the creativity, pushing the boundaries, researching into production methods to bring their projects to life.
The ideal person will have had one or possibly two full time roles within a small studio, be able to talk through your experience within an agency ideally working with luxury fashion clients, working across branding, campaigns, print, digital and motion.
