They seek a Video Editor full-time, with some Animation skills to create all video content for online and social media platforms. A key role in the agency’s success. You will be expected to sit with the creative director, under his/her direction create videos in accordance to this, but also over time adding your own creative input too and one day directing your own videos. You will be expected to handle rushes and tell a story, quickly put edits together for the online and social media platforms, tend to some basic animation tasks like tittle sequences and logo/text animations, and take responsibility for this new and growing video team.
They seek an individual who takes accountability of their work. Not only for actual editing, but also the file management, trouble shooting, problem solving, on-boarding video freelancers and briefing them in, building relationships with creative team to promote your capability on all agency work, and eventually become a senior figure of this team.

They seek a Lead Moving Image Designer to become an integral part the agency, not a department that sits in isolation but working seamlessly within the wider creative and strategic team. This person will be responsible from conceptual stage through to production and have ability to raise the bar as high as your powers take you!
For this employer, a successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes;
- A senior moving image designer, who understands that client relationship, and their needs
- Someone professional and accountable for their work
- Creatively fearless, and can create the unexpected
- Highly experienced within 3d animation, but also adept in 2d and some basic editing
- Able to run a project from start to finish; concept, storyboard, production and post production through to versioning and delivery.
- Advance user in Cinema 4d and its associated plugins/3rd party renderers, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Optical Flares, Trapcode Suite etc.) and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of CAD data files and importing them as usable assets within Cinema 4D.
- A keen eye for detail, especially with typography in film and animation.
- Maintaining a clean and professional image at all times.
For them, a senior 3d creative is the primary skill here, followed by 2d and editing. To find a professional who can run this type of work, manage freelancers when needed, and deliver on projects consistently is the dream.

Sketch and storyboard, and create animatics to help articulate the vision to the client. Define the look and feel of a film through illustrated storyboards. Develop all 2D vector-based film assets. Humanly articulate your idea, the narrative and its end impact.
Whats so different here:
This role requires a Senior Motion Designer/Animator with imagination; the ability to sketch and illustrate (in Illustrator); and animate (in After Effects) in a wonderful way, whilst being having the nous to know how to get your ideas produced (I.e; managing juniors, or bringing in that specific freelance talent).
